Design a one-of-a-kind cartoonish, stylized racing car skin for the provided base model that stands out with personality, style and a touch of the extraordinary. This is not just about speed—it’s about attitude, aesthetics, and fun! The choice of visual style is entirely up to you — sport, sci-fi, post-apocalyptic, dieselpunk, fantasy, or anything else your imagination desires.

Rules and requirements
No creative limits—go wild! Just follow the technical guidelines provided.
- The model should be a unique, original 3D racing car design, based on provided base model. No copyrighted or third-party content can be used for the creation of the model.
- Polycount: 10K tris. The Y-axis is directed upwards, the Z-axis is directed forward. Pivots – center bottom.
- Texture Resolution: 2K, pipeline – metalness roughness.
- Texture format - PNG. List: _D (Diffuse) _N (Normal) _ORM (Red – AO, Green – Roughness, Blue – Metalness).
- Naming: Model – SM_Fox3D_Name_Surname.fbx
- Material: M_Fox3D_Name_Surname
- Textures: T_Fox3D_Name_Surname_D.png (Diffuse) T_Fox3D_Name_Surname_N.png (Normal) T_Fox3D_Name_Surname_ORM.png (Red – AO, Green – Roughness, Blue – Metalness)
- Submit at least 5 high-quality renders (1920x1080 or higher).
- The renders must showcase the vehicle from different angles, including: Front View, Side View, Back View, Top View, Creative Shot (dynamic angle, lighting, etc.)
- Backgrounds should be neutral.
- Final submission should include:
- .FBX or .OBJ file of the 3D model.
- Texture maps (organized in a folder).
- Rendered images.
- Short description (max 200 words) explaining the design concept.
- The total submission package should be under 1GB and sent as a link to games@fox3d.team
- Recommended software: Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush
Submit a high-quality render of your vehicle following submission guideline.
- Deadline: All entries must be submitted by May 19, 23:59 (UTC).
- Where to Submit: Send a link to your files archive to games@fox3d.team
- File Naming: Use the format: YourName_CarDesignContest.zip.
- Formats: Include .FBX or .OBJ, textures, renders, and design description.
- Your submission must be original (no pre-made assets, no copyrighted material).
- One submission per participant (you may edit and re-submit before the deadline).
- Ensure all files are properly packaged (no missing textures or broken links).
- Plagiarism or unauthorized asset usage.
- Submissions that do not follow the Technical Guidelines.
- Late entries will not be considered.
- Entries from participants who have not completed the registration form will not be considered.
Ensure originality—no pre-existing assets, refer to competition terms and conditions.
- Open to 3D artists of all skill levels worldwide.
- Participants must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
- The submitted design remains the property of the creator.
- By entering the contest, participants grant the organizers a non-exclusive license to showcase the work for promotional purposes.
- If your design is selected as a winner, you agree to allow minor adjustments for implementation in the game and transfer full and exclusive intellectual property rights to the Organizer.
- The winners will be chosen by a panel of 4 industry experts.
- The evaluation criteria include: Creativity & Uniqueness, Technical Execution & Quality, Visual Appeal & Art Style
- The decision of the judges is final and cannot be appealed.
- Prizes will be paid via PayPal or bank transfer within 30 days of the winners’ announcement.
- Any applicable taxes or fees are the responsibility of the winners.
- The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant violating the guidelines.
- The contest may be subject to modification or cancellation in case of unforeseen circumstances.
- By submitting, participants agree to all terms & conditions.
